As a Presell Service Representative, you will represent and promote Community Coffee’s premium brand by delivering products and providing outstanding service to our existing customers. This role plays a key part in driving route profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver products, equipment, and supplies to customers.
• Rotate and merchandise products for optimal accessibility and presentation.
• Collect payments and make daily bank deposits.
• Load and unload products and equipment, ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain and update delivery, sales, and deposit information using a handheld computer.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on company vehicles (e.g., washing, checking oil, fluids, and tire pressure).
• Communicate effectively with Presell Representatives and managers via phone, email, text, or in person.
• Resolve customer concerns related to products or equipment in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect empty containers, expired, unsold, or damaged merchandise according to company procedures.
• May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
◦ Passing score on aptitude test required in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Route sales and cold calling experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL may be required depending on location.
• Acceptable driving record.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical
• Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources

• Use hands to handle, feel, or reach with arms and hands.
• Stand, walk, climb, or balance.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Enter and exit a vehicle frequently.
• Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Push or pull up to 100 pounds occasionally using a rolling pallet or similar equipment, including on inclines or ramps.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Field Sales Environment - While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be moderately loud in warehouse areas.
