Imagine360 is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy strategy and operations to join the team! The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Strategy and Operations is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Imagine360's Pharmacy Strategy. The role will be an agent of change in the organization covering responsibilities in both the strategy and operations realms. This candidate will be integral to identifying strategic opportunities, assessing and solving business problems, performing market research, analyzing data, developing business plans, and ROI analyses. This role will also assess drug-related benefits to deliver a high-quality, simple member experience, develop secure sustainable employer and member cost savings that create incremental value for Imagine360. nThis candidate will also support key operational responsibilities that drive organizational growth, including client onboarding and implementation, contributions to efficiency by assisting with sales support and acting as a key resource, facilitating communication, and streamlining workflows. This newly created role will report to the Director, Pharmacy Strategy and Operations.nnPosition Location: 100% remotennResponsibilities include but are not limited to:nSupervisory Responsibilities:nnNonennStrategynnMonitor business climate, government activity, benefit trends, etc. to establish marketplace opportunitiesnProvide support and serve as a subject matter expert on PBMs, insurance, specifically Pharmacy billing, drug cost containment, and the total healthcare landscapenCollaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to support identification and evaluation of an outcomes-based Pharmacy Strategy for Imagine360's engagement with drug-related benefits, including:nnA high cost / specialty drug solution nContinuous improvement of internal capabilities nPerformance monitoring for pharmacy-related vendors nInternal processes and controls to ensure quality and experiencennnLeverage data to develop quantitative and qualitative insights and to communicate the resulting strategic business value. nCollaborate with Client Experience and Sales to develop and execute growth maximizing strategies with new and existing vendors nPresent research, data, and strategy to leaders and Executives across the organization nnOperationsnnSupport accurate resolution of client escalated issues and the implementation of new plan set ups / plan benefit changes, including setup of required eligibility, claims, and accumulator files between i360 and the pharmacy vendor partnersnCollaborate cross-functionally with IT, sales, legal, and other departments to ensure the successful launch of new clients / renewal of existing clients nIdentify and develop a recommended strategy to address areas ripe for operational efficiency – process removal, SOP development, responsibility realignment, etc. nAssist development and delivery of training materials for client-facing business areasnOngoing maintenance of the vendor partner rosternCommunicate barriers to success to leadership for support and escalationnEvaluate capacity to support new business and renewal activities and develop future strategy to manage growth opportunities and subsequent operational needsnnnRequired Experience/Education:nnBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related field.nMaster of Business Administration, Master of Public Health, Master in Health Sciences or other related field preferred. n5+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically pharmacy benefits, supply chain, payer performance and/or contract administration.nKnowledge of medical management and / or reference-based pricing a plus. nExperience managing a plus.nExperience performing analysis in excelnKnowledge of reimbursement dynamics across pharmacy and medical benefits, including considerations around healthcare payers, health plan administration, medical service providers, and pharmacy supply chain.nExperience facilitating the collaborative development and execution of a strategic vision and plannnnSkills and Abilities:nnAdaptability – able to flex between high level strategic thinking and business critical detailed operational processes nAbility to provide detailed documentation of new projects, processes, trainings, etc.nProcess workflow building/designingnAnalytical and problem-solving skillsnExperience in business process mapping, project management techniques and practices, business and data analysisnPassionate about defining and streamlining processesnWell organizednStrong verbal and written communication skillsnProficient in Microsoft Office, including VisionAbility to adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving business environmentnAbility to present and articulate a clear strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including Executives (VP and higher)nDemonstrated ability to remain neutral and maintain confidentialitynStrong written and oral communication skills nDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines nnnWhat can Imagine360 offer you-nnMultiple Health plan optionsnCompany paid employee premiums for disability and life insurancenParental Leave Policyn20 days PTO to start / 10 Paid HolidaysnTuition reimbursementn401k Company contributionnCompany paid Short & Long term Disability plus Life InsurancenProfessional development initiatives / continuous learning opportunitiesnOpportunities to participate in and support the company's diversity and inclusion initiativesnnnWant to see our latest job opportunities?
