The Goddard School® in Roswell is seeking a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Co-Lead Teacher for our Preschool and Pre-K classrooms. We are looking to fill this position immediately with someone who truly loves working with children and has prior experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction

• Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum
• Inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in every child

Classroom Management

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Demonstrate strong classroom leadership and organization

Family Communication

• Build positive relationships with families through clear, consistent communication

Health & Safety

• Supervise children at all times, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards

Assessment & Documentation

• Observe and document children’s development and progress

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other teachers to support a positive team culture

Behavior Guidance

• Model and implement positive discipline and social-emotional learning strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher required
• Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting strongly preferred
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and genuinely enjoy working with children
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Has prior childcare or preschool experience
• Can start immediately

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
