Hey, Baltimore City! Are you a bilingual (Spanish) speaker? Do you light up when a 2 or 3-year-old grasps a new concept? Do you believe play is learning? We're looking for passionate Preschool Assistant Teachers to join the Georgetown Hill Early School team!

• Notre Dame Maryland University, Baltimore (On the Collegetown Shuttle line!) - Our beautiful campus is part of the collegiate hub of northwestern Baltimore, including the Loyola University and Towson University communities

Pay Range

Assistant Teacher: Based on credentials and experience, range $18-$21/hr

What You'll Do

• Guide Preschool children, ages 2 and 3, through joyful, hands-on learning using our PLAN curriculum
• Create a warm, safe classroom where every child feels seen and supported
• Partner with families to celebrate each child's unique development
• Lead and collaborate with your classroom team like the rockstar you are

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Education, or a related field
• 3 years of experience working with young children (preferred)
• Fluent Bilingual speakers - English and Spanish
• Deep knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• A warm, patient, and organized personality
• Familiarity with MSDE regulations is a big plus
