$750 New Hire Bonus • Part-Time & Full-Time
In this role, you’ll:
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate classroom experiences
Support children’s social-emotional growth and early learning milestones
Maintain a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment
Partner with families and collaborate with your teaching team

Minimum requirements:
Preschool Teachers $22–$25/hour
At least 18 years old + High school diploma/GED
PATCH-qualified (or eligible), such as:
CDA or
Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare/preschool setting
Strong communication and teamwork; dependable and committed to ECE
Infant/Toddler Teachers (Caregivers): $19–$21
High school diploma
Infant/Toddler Training (We can provide all the required training hours!)
12–24 months of experience with children under 36 months

We have an Aide position available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour) We support growth and cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) while you gain experience toward a Teacher or Caregiver role.
