The Learning Experience Preschool at Anderson Mill is seeking a reliable, dedicated, and caring Preschool Teacher who truly enjoys working with young children. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for Preschool students (age 3)
• Follow daily schedules and classroom routines
• Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships
• Collaborate positively with team members and assist with lunch breaks
• Use iPads to document and update children’s activities
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children required
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
• Experience with lesson planning and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively
• A nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
