We are looking for an individual to join our team of dedicated, energetic, creative, and caring Early Childhood Professionals who, under the supervision of the Supervising Lead Teacher, provides direction for the classroom and implements curriculum which promotes social, cultural, educational, physical and emotional growth.

Job Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: 40 hours weekly position. Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.
Pay: $20.50-$25.13/hr (based on education and experience) with a full benefit package to include, generous PTO, access to facilities, Medical, Dental, Disability, Life, Vision, & Pet Insurance, and ability to participate 403B Retirement Savings Plan. Also, once fully vested, the YMCA will pay into a retirement account for you!
New hires for Full-Time EEC teaching positions at Sarah & Richard Hardy Center for Child Development will receive a $2,000 bonus which, $500 will be paid immediately upon hire, $500 upon completion of a 90-day review, and $1,000 at the 180-day mark.
