• Florida DCF 45-hour training certificate completed
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet all applicable Florida childcare licensing requirements

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Learning Experience (TLE) #494 in Tallahassee is opening soon, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team!

This is more than a job in childcare—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact during the most important years of a child’s development.

🌈 What You'll Do

As a Preschool Teacher at TLE, you’ll help create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn.

You will:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through hands-on, play-based learning
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Keep children engaged through creativity, music, movement, exploration, and play
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's experiences, milestones, and accomplishments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Follow all applicable Florida childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide exceptional care and education

We are looking for experienced early childhood educators who are ready to make a difference!

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
• CDA or other early childhood education credentials
• Additional professional development or certifications in early childhood education
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
