Preschool Teacher – The Learning Experience at Historic Williamsburg

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

Pay: $16.50–$19.00 per hour (based on experience and education)

The Learning Experience is looking for passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our amazing team! If you’re enthusiastic about shaping young minds in a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment—where “Happy Happens Here” every day—we’d love to meet you.

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll:

• Create a safe, stimulating classroom where children can learn, play, and grow.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, making learning exciting and meaningful.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a supportive community.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
• CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred); High school diploma/GED required.
• Understanding of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet state-specific licensing requirements.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
