Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: CDA

Salary Range: $15.50 - $18.00 HourlyJoin Learning Grove, a trusted nonprofit with over 40 years of excellence in early childhood education across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. As a teacher in our high-quality, play-based classrooms, you’ll help children aged 6 weeks to 6 years grow through research-based approaches, including Constructivist Theory and social-emotional learning.

Qualifications

• CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Experience in early childhood settings with strong classroom management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, individualized curriculum
• Foster a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Build strong family relationships and developmental partnerships
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training
