Location: The Learning Experience – Jenison, MI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Preschool Teacher – School Readiness Classroom


The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom environment focused on early learning and kindergarten readiness.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through engaging routines and hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Â Support daily preschool classroom routines and activitiesÂ
• Â Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiencesÂ
• Â Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growthÂ
• Â Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environmentÂ
• Â Guide children through learning centers, meals, and transitionsÂ
• Â Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updatesÂ
• Â Collaborate with teaching team members and leadershipÂ
• Â Follow Michigan licensing and safety requirementsÂ

Qualifications

• Â High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
• Â Prior preschool or childcare experience preferredÂ
• Â Strong classroom support and communication skillsÂ
• Â Reliable and team-oriented approachÂ
• Â Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirementsÂ
