Preschool Teacher
Location: The Learning Experience – Ledgewood, NJ
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they build early literacy, social-emotional confidence, and classroom independence in preparation for kindergarten readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement structured preschool learning activities
• Support early math, literacy, and problem-solving skills
• Guide children through learning centers and group instruction
• Maintain classroom routines and organization
• Communicate progress with families
• Follow all licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preschool classroom experience preferred
• Strong classroom management skills
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
