Pay: $17–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they prepare for kindergarten through structured learning experiences that build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations.
Responsibilities
Implement daily classroom activities supporting school readinessGuide children through learning centers and group instructionSupport early literacy, math readiness, and social developmentMaintain a structured and engaging classroom environmentCommunicate regularly with families regarding progressFollow Maryland licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulationsPrior preschool classroom experience preferredStrong classroom leadership and organization skillsCollaborative and dependable approach to teaching
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
