The Learning Experience in Bakersfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to guide children as they learn, grow, and build independence in a nurturing and structured classroom environment. What You Will Do• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and structured learning activities
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
California Requirements• Minimum twelve completed ECE units required
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Must meet California state background check and health requirements
