Preschool Teacher (Early Childhood Education)
Location: The Learning Experience – Gainesville, VA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay $17-$20 per hour

The Learning Experience – Gainesville is seeking a dependable Preschool Teacher to guide children ages 3–5 in a structured, nurturing early learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe and engaging setting
• Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Support early literacy, math readiness, and social development
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
• Observe developmental progress and support individual learning needs
• Communicate regularly with families about classroom experiences
• Maintain compliance with Virginia childcare licensing standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Childcare, daycare, or preschool experience required
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices preferred
• Strong classroom organization and communication skills
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
