The Learning Experience Spring Hill

Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Teacher to guide children as they learn, grow, and build confidence in a structured and nurturing classroom environment.

What You Will Do

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development
• Implement daily lesson plans and structured learning activities
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Completion of state required ECE training
• Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred
• Strong classroom management skills
• Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
