Job DetailsJob Location: Altamont - Covington, KY 41011Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: CDASalary Range: $15.50 - $18.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJoin Learning Grove, a nonprofit leader in early childhood education serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As a teacher, you’ll help guide children (ages 6 weeks–6 years) through engaging, child-centered learning based on Constructivist Theory and social-emotional development.
Qualifications:
CDA required; Associate in Early Childhood Education preferred
Experience working with young children and managing classrooms
Strong communication skills and commitment to equity and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Create and adapt developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment
Build trusting partnerships with families
Participate in professional development and collaborate with your team
