Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
  
  
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum with hands-on activities and character-based learning
  
  
• Build relationships with families and colleagues
  
  
• Communicate regularly with parents about milestones and achievements
  
  

Requirements

• Passion for early childhood education
  
  
• 1 year of professional experience (preferred) or 6 months (required)
  
  
• ECE-related Associate Degree (preferred) or HS Diploma/GED (required)
  
  
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements
  
  

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
