Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) – The Learning Experience Littleton Location: The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA
Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience – Littleton is hiring a committed and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to support our growing preschool program. Our center offers an engaging, child-centered environment where children ages 2.5–4 develop confidence, curiosity, and early academic skills through play-based learning.

We are looking for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering strong classroom communities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a preschool classroom and support assistant teachers with guidance and daily collaboration.
  
  
• Establish a warm, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning space for all children.
  
  
• Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social-emotional growth, early literacy, math readiness, and creative expression.
  
  
• Maintain strong communication with families, sharing updates and developmental progress.
  
  
• Work closely with center leadership to uphold quality standards and support enrollment goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• ECE certification required for a Lead Preschool Teacher role.
  
  
• Minimum 6 months of classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
  
  
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
  
  
• Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  
  
• Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
