Preschool Lead Teacher – The Learning Experience Canton Pay: $18–$21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Your Role as a Preschool Teacher

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Implement our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum that makes learning fun
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Communicate daily with parents about learning milestones and classroom activities
• Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain high-quality standards and meet licensing requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping them grow
• 6 months to 1 year of professional childcare or preschool teaching experience
• Associate degree in ECE preferred, or
  • High school diploma/GED required
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
