What You’ll Do:

As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will:

• Design and Implement Curriculum Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
• Foster Growth Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
• Collaborate and Learn Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community

Current Opportunity: Our Carol Bush Center, located at 500 Pine Street in Green Bay, is currently seeking a Preschool Childcare Teacher for the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
