Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly

Job Shift: DayJoin Learning Grove, a top-rated nonprofit with over 40 years of experience nurturing children from 6 weeks to 6 years. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; CDA preferred or willing to obtain a CDA within a calendar year
- Experience with young children preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Support child assessments and family communication
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams
