What You’ll Do

As part of our preschool team, you'll:

  • Create a safe, welcoming classroom where every child feels seen and supported

  • Plan engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

  • Encourage social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through play

  • Build positive partnerships with families

  • Work closely with fellow teachers to create a fun, collaborative classroom environment

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting Pay

    • Qualified Teachers: $22–$25/hour DOE

    • Infant/Toddler Caregivers: $19–$21/hour DOE

    • Teacher Aides: $17–$18.50/hour

Who We're Looking For

Qualified Teachers
  • 18+ years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education

  • 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting

Infant & Toddler Caregivers
  • 18+ years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed setting

  • Required infant/toddler training (training available if needed)

New to Early Childhood Education?

If you're passionate about working with children but don't yet meet all PATCH qualifications, ask about our limited Teacher Aide opportunities. We'll help you complete the required training—including paying for your CDA—to grow your career with us.

Not qualified yet?
We may have limited Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour) We even cover the cost of your CDA! (Child Development Associate)
