Responsibilities OverviewEach member of our team must meet specific requirements for the position, but here is an overview for Preschool teachers:

• Plans a developmentally appropriate lesson plan using children’s assessment and interests
• Demonstrates an understanding of the components of a child’s portfolio and presents their learning story
• Engages classroom with consistent routines, utilizing positive guidance strategies and leading by example
• Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families through daily communication, monthly newsletters and bi-annual conferences
• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
• Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
