$750 New Hire Bonus • Full Time
No two days are exactly alike, but you can expect to:
Play, read, sing, create, and explore alongside preschoolers
Help children build confidence, independence, and friendships
Support classroom routines including meals, outdoor play, and rest time
Assist teachers with activities and learning centers
Keep classrooms clean, organized, and safe
Be a positive role model who helps children feel secure and valued
Enjoy being active and engaged throughout the day
Have a warm, patient, and encouraging personality
Like working as part of a team
Show up consistently and take pride in doing meaningful work
Believe every child deserves kindness, respect, and encouragement
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Experience with children is helpful—but not required
A willingness to learn and complete required childcare training (we'll help you every step of the way)
