Job Summary

• Prepare technical proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and other sales-related documents in areas of Application (COTS, Bespoke), Middleware (Web, J2EE, messaging) and SAP Basis domain – Application Operation.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to potential clients
• Provide technical consultation and support to sales team in understanding and addressing customer needs
• Lead the discussions with the client during the bid life cycle including solution workshops, solution presentations.
• Lead/participate in Solutioning / Sizing / Pricing activities
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure the alignment of our products with customer needs

Contribute (to the existing) and share new ideas

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer requirements using solution assessment frameworks and translate them into technical specifications leveraging CRM and proposal management tools.
2. Develop solution presentations and technical documentation utilizing PowerPoint and Word, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
3. Support the configuration and demonstration of product features using relevant platforms, addressing customer queries and showcasing solution fit.
4. Collaborate within the presales team to gather data, prepare responses for RFPs/RFIs, and assist in creating competitive proposal documents.
5. Maintain and update presales knowledge repositories using SharePoint or similar systems to ensure up-to-date information for solutioning.
