Your Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with Sales to identify and qualify potential customers and to develop tailored sales strategies

  • Delivery of compelling presentations and live demos of our products (including Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma, as well as digital solutions such as Mobile Services, Mareon and Aareon CRM)

  • Support in the creation and preparation of proposals and provision of relevant information throughout the sales process

  • Collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Development to ensure our solutions are optimally aligned with customer requirements

  • Active contribution to the continuous improvement of PreSales processes with a focus on efficiency and customer centricity

  • Conceptualization and creation of pitch and process videos to effectively showcase our products

Your Profile

  • Initial experience in the real estate industry, in sales or in a PreSales environment

  • Knowledge of our products (e.g. Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma or other digital solutions) is an advantage

  • Strong interest in SaaS technologies and in driving digitalization within the real estate industry

  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and compelling way

  • Analytical mindset combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working

  • Strong team orientation and openness to new perspectives

  • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60%

  • Very good German skills (business fluent) and good English skills
