We are looking for a Presales Solution Architect to act as a trusted advisor, shaping the future of data and AI for leading enterprises. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive data analytics and AI solutions on cloud platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design end-to-end architectures, and provide the technical guidance needed to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design end-to-end data and AI solutions, and create architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of modern cloud data services, data warehousing platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, machine learning environments, and generative AI/large language model frameworks to architect robust platforms.
• Data Modeling & Integration: Design and optimize data models to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs while ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Scalability & Performance: Architect solutions that are scalable, high-performing, and cost-efficient, carefully balancing data volume, query complexity, and user concurrency.
• Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures and industry best practices to protect sensitive enterprise data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What We Need to See from You

• Core Experience: Proven background in solution architecture or presales engineering, with a dedicated focus on data analytics and enterprise cloud technologies. Especially Azure Data & AI.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern cloud data tools, including enterprise analytics platforms, data factories, managed big data environments, automated machine learning services, cognitive AI APIs, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Methodology Expertise: Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing architectures, and data governance principles.
• Architectural Guardrails: Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Team Mindset: A strong commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork and continuous professional learning.
• Language:
  Fluent English and Thai. The main language would be English.
• Nationality:
  Prefer Thai nationals but open to foreign nationals who are working in Thailand and have client networks mainly in Thailand.
