As a Presales Manager at ADAPTIT, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing the presales activities to deliver compelling solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements, develop proposals, and showcase the value of our IT sollutions & services. Your experience will ensure the effective execution of the presales process, from initial client engagement to successful deal closure.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, Vendors) to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to gather required technical, financial, and compliance inputs.
  • Contribute to the design of ICT infrastructure solutions in presales activities.
  • Translate customer business needs into scalable and effective technology architectures.
  • Present solutions and value propositions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare costing and pricing in alignment with commercial and technical teams.
  • Drive value proposition development, differentiation, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and vendor technologies to continuously strengthen proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Approx. 4-7 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or solutions' consulting roles, preferably in software or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions including software, networking, and telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of managing presales processes and closing deals successfully.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience with the ability to coordinate and motivate cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; business acumen.
