As a Presales Consultant (f/m/x), you turn ideas into proposals that create clarity and clearly communicate the value of our solutions to clients.

You bring together input from across the business and shape it into structured, relevant, and client-ready content. As the central point of contact, you ensure that all contributions come together consistently, on time, and at the right level of quality.

You collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to keep proposals aligned, well-organized, and efficiently delivered.

This is you

• Transforming ideas and input from multiple sources into high-quality, client-ready content

• Strong storytelling skills to make complex topics clear and engaging

• Structured way of working combined with strong coordination and project management skills

• Reliable handling of timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate the right stakeholders

• Skilled at aligning different perspectives into a clear and consistent proposal

• Strong communication skills in English (advanced level) and German (C1 level or higher)

This is your role

• Act as the main point of contact for creating high-quality client proposals

• Translate input from across the business into clear and compelling content

• Coordinate and project manage contributions from multiple teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery

• Plan and run milestone reviews and approval processes

• Proactively identify risks and take action to resolve them early

• Ensure proposals meet deadlines and high-quality standards

• Contribute to deal signings, win rates, and overall service quality
