About the role
The Presales Consultant is a pre-sales-focused role with strong technical responsibility for Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with account managers, channel partners, and customers to ensure the proposed solutions meet both technical and commercial expectations.
Your focus will be on designing and supporting infrastructure solutions based on Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell storage platforms such as PowerStore, PowerFlex, PowerScale, and PowerVault, and Dell Networking solutions You help customers make the right technology decisions by combining technical depth with a practical, business-oriented approach.
Your role in our team
As Presales Consultant Dell, you are the technical backbone of the sales process for infrastructure opportunities. You act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers, supporting the full pre-sales cycle from initial discovery to final solution validation.
You analyze requirements around performance, scalability, availability, security, and budget, and translate them into technically sound solution designs. You collaborate closely with sales teams and partners to strengthen proposals, support competitive positioning, and increase the likelihood of winning new business.
