FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

Recepción y registro de muestras

• Verificar integridad de sacos, bolsas y etiquetas (peso máximo 25Kg).
• Maniobrar equipo de carga (transpaleta y/o lifter eléctrico) para traslado de muestras.
• Ordenar y validar códigos de las muestras según carta del cliente.
• Registrar pesaje de muestras en el sistema
• Asignar identificación interna según procedimientos ALS.
• Realizar el lavado de bandejas metálicas, traslado de coches.

  Secado de muestras

• Verificar temperatura de hornos de secado (temperaturas controladas 60–105°C según protocolo).
• Distribuir muestras en bandejas.
• Trasladar coche con muestras para el ingreso y salida de hornos
• Controlar tiempos de secado y registrar parámetros.

  Chancado

• Operar trituradoras de mandíbula: terminator y boyd.
• Ajustar mandíbulas de trituradoras para reducir tamaño de partícula (ej. <2 mm según método).
• Limpiar equipos entre muestras según protocolo (uso de aire comprimido, roca inerte).

  Cuarteo y división de muestras

• Aplicar métodos de cuarteo (riffle, cuarteador rotatorio).
• Obtener submuestras representativas para análisis.
• Preparar duplicados de control cuando se requiera.
• Traslado de sacos de rechazo a mesas de almacenamiento temporal.

  Pulverizado

• Operar pulverizadora LM2 con ollas B800 o B2000 según protocolo de preparación (pulverizado de 250g, 500g, 1000g)
• Lograr granulometría requerida (ej. 85% passing 75 µm o según método ALS).
• Controlar tiempo de pulverizado.
• Limpiar equipos entre muestras según protocolo (uso de aire comprimido, arena sílice).
