​Job Purpose:

Drive the modernization of prepaid products and platforms by using data, analytics, and cross‑team collaboration to deliver innovative, automated, and cloud‑ready solutions.

Role Insights:

• Drive the evolution of prepaid products, services, and charging platforms across the A1 Group.
• Contribute to strategic modernization initiatives, including platform harmonization, automation, and cloud readiness.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve processes, quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to deliver innovative prepaid solutions.

What Makes You Unique:

• Experience in prepaid, charging, billing, telecommunications, or digital service environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex business and technical processes.
• Passion for technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or automation technologies is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools or modern software delivery practices.
