The Northeast Health District is seeking a PrEP Navigator to float and serve all 10 counties. The position is responsible for the planning and implementation of all prevention services related to PrEP including, but not limited to education assessment, evaluation, enrollment, data collection, financial assistance, and follow-up, and will work closely with the medical team for diagnostic testing and prescription refills.
Under the supervision of the HIV Prevention Coordinator, the PrEP (Pre-exposure Prophylaxis) Navigator will be responsible for helping clients navigate and access HIV testing, PrEP treatment and care, and other community resources. This position will primarily focus on communities that may be at high-risk for HIV. This position is part of a program that serves Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and Walton counties.
Bachelor's degree in education, social, behavioral, or biological sciences or a directly related field from an accredited college or university.

DPH accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered. DPH will contact educational institutions to verify degree, diploma, licensure, etc.
