As a Prep Cook – Cocinero Prep your job includes:

Preparing food to OTB Specifications

Ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements

Completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen

Communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout your shift

Must be at least 18 years of age
