You’ll start training at our original spot in Valparaiso and help us fire things up in La Porte when doors open.
Heads-up: Ideally, you're local to La Porte and cool with the Valpo commute for training.

This is a team sport. You’ll work closely with line cooks and leadership to keep quality high and standards consistent.
• Prep proteins, sauces, veggies, and other ingredients to spec
• Follow recipes exactly (consistency = everything)
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station
• Label, date, and rotate product properly
• Communicate low inventory or issues before they become problems
• Help receive and properly store deliveries
• Assist with light line support when needed
• Keep food safety and sanitation standards locked in
• Complete assigned prep lists before service
