A prep cook is responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized.
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style temaki hand rolls, in the West Village. The menu features unique signature hand rolls, along with classic versions, as well as Japanese-inspired snacks and desserts, all of which are gluten free. The bar program offers select beer, sake and wine, with a focus on biodynamic and natural varieties.
