How the Prep Cook works with the Team:
Responsible for the safe handling and preparation of our food products for our guests in a clean and professional manner.
Team Member Responsibilities:

- - - - Consistently prepare our food as laid out in the recipes and station guides
- - - - Handle, store and serve food in a safe manner following all Mountain Creek and Health Department safety procedures
- - - - Maintain clean working station
- - - - Be well versed in Food & Beverage policies and procedures
- - - - Consistently set up, maintain, and break down workstations
- - - - Cross training in other roles to fill in as needed
- - - - Follow portion control and cooking time guidelines
- - - - Able to use Slicer, Combi Oven and Deep Fryer
- - - - Use char broiler, and salamander to prepare food to proper temperature
- - - - Create sauces from scratch according to recipe
- - - - Understand and follow daily production guidelines
- - - - Rotate products on a first in first out basis
- - - - Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
