What You’ll Do
- Prep fresh ingredients and house-made sauces the right way, every time
- Portion, label, and stock products so the line stays ready
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and quality standards with consistency
- Keep your area clean, organized, and set for success
- Stay ahead on prep so the kitchen can move fast and smooth
- Flag product or kitchen issues to management before they become problems
- Help set the standard for a kitchen that runs sharp every day
