$18 - $20/hr.

This position is for Clio’s new West Omaha location at the Shops of Legacy (168th & Center), opening Spring 2026.

Following the success of Clio’s downtown Omaha restaurant, we’re expanding west and building the opening team for our newest location.

We’re hiring Prep Cooks who enjoy working behind the scenes, value organization and consistency, and understand the importance of preparation in a successful kitchen. This role supports our culinary team and helps set the foundation for smooth service during an exciting restaurant opening.

About You

• You have previous food prep experience; this role is best suited for someone comfortable with basic prep tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following recipes and prep lists.
• You communicate clearly and can read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• You are comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive prep work.
• You can lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and are committed to food safety and sanitation standards.
• You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in supporting the team behind the scenes.

About the Job

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists, including washing, cutting, portioning, and labeling.
• Support Line Cooks by maintaining organized prep levels and replenishing ingredients as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines at all times.
• Assist with inventory organization, product rotation, and communicating prep needs to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to help ensure smooth and efficient service.
