Job Description

Culver's on Monument Road is looking for morning kitchen prep help!

Join the grand opening team of the brand-new Culver’s on Monument Rd! We are looking for prep help that will work closely with the leaders and team members to drive service each day and hold each other accountable to our high food and operating standards. We are looking for dedicated individuals who demonstrate a good knowledge of our menu, recipes, and procedures. Candidates will have good communication skills, a pleasant friendly attitude, focus and a strong passion for hospitality and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
  • Prepares a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items including pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees (salad station, sandwich station, etc.)
  • Properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies; cover, date, correctly store & rotate food items
  • Follow procedures of all recipes and techniques
  • Know and follow all safety standards
  • Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
  • Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
  • Takes temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately, providing documentation on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist
  • Able to operate dishwashing equipment as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
