The Supervisor of Premium Suites leads the front-of-house team at Capital One Arena in the delivery of an elevated, curated hospitality experience across all luxury suites. Working directly with the Suites Manager and Director of Suites, this role carries full floor accountability on event day — from pre-shift briefing through suite closeout. The Supervisor of Premium Suites is expected to model the Elevated Excellence service standard in every interaction, hold the team to that standard, and ensure that every guest receives premium experience without exception. This is a leadership role that requires hospitality expertise, operational command, and a genuine commitment to developing the people they lead.
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $27.00 to $27.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

The Premium Suites Supervisor is responsible for leading event-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.
Leadership & Team Communication
Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate event updates, VIP information, allergen alerts, service expectations, and appearance standards. Maintain continuous communication with managers, kitchen staff, and pantry coordinators while providing real-time coaching and support to attendants, runners, and coordinators throughout the event.
Event Operations
Manage all phases of event execution, including pre-event suite setup and inspections, food service coordination, event-floor supervision, staffing adjustments, and post-event closeout. Complete all required operational checklists, ensure suites are presentation-ready before guest arrival, and maintain consistent team coverage to provide timely service.
Guest Experience
Deliver a premium hospitality experience through proactive, personalized, and professional service. Regularly visit suites to ensure quality standards are met, resolve guest concerns promptly using an acknowledge–apologize–act approach, communicate VIP preferences and special requests to the team, and ensure all food and beverage deliveries are presented professionally.
Food Safety & Service Quality
Ensure food is stored, handled, and served safely while maintaining cleanliness and organization in suites and pantry areas. Monitor temperature logs, enforce sanitation standards, communicate allergen requirements accurately, and take immediate corrective action when standards are not met.
Menu & Beverage Knowledge
Maintain expert knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and pairings. Verify order accuracy, support staff with product information, ensure beverage stations remain stocked, and oversee proper use of TapIn2 POS devices and Kallpod in-suite technology.
Inventory & Equipment Management
Oversee pantry inventory, warehouse pull sheets, equipment inspections, and supply readiness before each event. Complete required inventory, maintenance, and documentation tasks, report equipment issues promptly, and submit accurate restock orders following event closeout.
Alcohol Service & Compliance
Enforce responsible alcohol service by verifying guest identification and ensuring compliance with TIPS certification, Aramark food safety policies, sanitation procedures, PPE requirements, and all health code regulations. Address damaged or spoiled products according to company policy.
Training & Professional Development
Complete all required Premium Suites training and successfully pass the three-stage certification program covering menu knowledge, service standards, leadership, and professionalism before supervising events. Participate in ongoing training throughout the season and reinforce company service standards by coaching and developing team members during every event.
Overall, the role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a seamless, high-end guest experience while maintaining safety, compliance, and team performance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality, food service, or premium event environment
• Premium hospitality or luxury food and beverage experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, spirits, allergen awareness, and menu presentation standards
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — clear, professional, and direct in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions independently, and escalate appropriately
• Working knowledge of food safety principles, HACCP guidelines, and temperature monitoring procedures
• Must successfully complete the full Aramark Premium Suites Training Program and pass all three stage assessments before working a season event
• Must obtain and maintain all required Aramark and state/local alcohol and food safety certifications (TIPS, ServSafe) prior to the first event
• Proficiency with (POS device), and basic computer systems
• Maintains a professional, guest-forward demeanor toward guests, clients, and co-workers always
• Must be available to work flexible hours (shifts) including evenings, weekends, and holidays
