Your role

• Create exceptional guest experiences by delivering the high standards of service, hospitality and operational excellence that define the Etihad Lounge experience, while supporting the achievement of OGSM and NPS targets.
• Support lounge performance by identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, drive ancillary revenue and deliver seamless service throughout the guest journey.
• Be the face of Etihad in the lounge, welcoming guests as an EY Host and providing personalised support across reception, concierge and hospitality services.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate pre-flight and post-flight reports, completing shift administration and keeping lounge systems up to date.
• Work closely with lounge partners to maintain a premium environment, ensuring service standards are consistently met and any issues are quickly resolved.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs, create memorable interactions and continuously improve the lounge experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 at the time of application.
• High school certificate.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an airline, premium lounge or hotel customer service & hospitality role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude.
• High standard of personal grooming, presentation and professionalism.
