As a Premium Guest Host, you will be the face of our premium gaming experience, providing personalised service and cultivating strong relationships with our valued guests.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You'll become a trusted point of contact, anticipating guest needs, delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Bankstown Sports.
This is a casual position offering a rotating roster across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with the opportunity to work hours equivalent to part-time or full-time employment based on business requirements.

Bankstown Sports is a premium dining and entertainment destination in Sydney’s southwest, supporting more than 40 local sporting clubs and thousands of individuals who participate in sport, as well as hundreds of local charities and community groups. Some of the main features of our club include a movie theatre, live shows, weekly entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, Basement Brewhouse, Monkey Mania play centre and Turbo Climb.
There are five associated venues within the Bankstown Sports group: Bankstown Sports Bowls, Birrong Sports Club, Baulkham Hills Sports, The Acres Club and Auburn Tennis Club.
Providing a fun, exciting and safe environment for our members and over 650 staff, our clubs pride themselves on having the highest standards of customer service, which is why we always look to recruit and retain the best.
