The premium audit examiner is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of audit statements. To deliver a high level of customer service to our business partners and customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Review audits produced by staff and vendor auditors.
  • Check and review policy vs. audit and prior year audits to proactively anticipate issues.
  • Knowledge and/or the ability to research, and interpret state and company manual rules for multiple lines of business
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to our business partners, our agents and customers through email and phone
  • Ability to analyze and respond to audit questions and disputes within authority level.
  • Capability to create audit statements in automated systems

Education: Associate's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent business experience required. Premium Audit business experience preferred.

Salary: $15.88-$26.08 per hour

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.

Additional Information:

This position is a full time hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible) position.
