The Premium Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving Premium revenue growth through the sale of Premium seating and its assets, including but not limited to suites, loge boxes, club seating, and premium memberships. Prospecting and closing new Premium business, maximizing renewal rates with the existing Premium client base, collaborating with Marketing to build strategic marketing plans and with Premium Services and Hospitality, to deliver a first-class client experience that supports long-term revenue growth.
· Prospect, cultivate, and close new Premium sales, including suites, loge boxes, club seats, and premium memberships, to meet or exceed revenue goals.
· Sell Premium inventory on an annual and event-specific basis through inbound, outbound and e-commerce sales efforts.
· Manage and grow relationships with existing Premium clients to drive high renewal rates through proactive account management.
· Conduct venue tours and client presentations showcasing Premium inventory, hospitality, and service offerings.
· Quote rates, prepare license agreements and contracts, and manage the full sales cycle for Premium products.
· Partner with Premium Services and Hospitality teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through event day.
· Assist Director in developing a Premium-specific sales and renewal plan, including goals and targeted communications.
· Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in CRM/ticketing systems, and carry out Premium marketing and renewal campaigns as directed.
· Ensure all venue and company initiatives are implemented fully.

Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field preferred.
· Minimum two (2) years sales-related experience required.
· Facility/industry experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
· Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
· Ability to effectively supervise staff.
· Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
· High aptitude for figures and advanced writing skills.
· Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic.
· Experience using various sales tools including CRM, lead generation programs, etc.
· Ability to work collaboratively with a team of sales professionals, other Desert Diamond Arena departments and Home Office personnel.
