Our mission is to create the right market conditions for passengers to consistently receive a premium experience, while enabling Premier drivers to maximize earnings in a sustainable way.

We are looking for a data driven Marketplace manager to support the evolution of the DiDi Premier marketplace in Argentina. In this role, you will be taking the lead in establishing our operations in the country, being responsible for laying the groundwork on which our strategies will be implemented, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and using data to inform decisions that shape how the product performs in a local context. You will help translate high level goals into actionable insights and execution plans, ensuring local adaptations to our global strategy unlocks and drives market share growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, ambiguous problems, and real world operational constraints, and who wants to have a direct impact on how a premium marketplace operates at scale while taking a leading role in guiding multiple stakeholders to create and accelerate growth.

Role Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the DiDi Premier marketplace strategy in Argentina. You will work on a premium, low density marketplace where supply and demand must be actively earned rather than assumed.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands on execution. You will be expected to analyze marketplace dynamics, design and evaluate interventions, and support their operational rollout in close collaboration with Product, Operations, and regional teams.

  • Analyzing supply and demand dynamics to identify inefficiencies, and define/implement actions that improve reliability, conversion, and driver earnings.
  • Colaborate with product, operations, pricing, demand, and vehicle solutions stakeholders to support the process infrastructure of DiDi Premier in Argentina; ensuring we build the capabilities to win at this premium marketplace.
  • You will design and execute initiatives to improve key results, and improve user experience in Spanish-speaking LATAM markets; leveraging data to guide decisions and maximize efficiency by overseeing daily operations while also coordinating the rollout of product/feature launches and incentive programs.
  • You'll convert raw databases into opportunities, using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, and Python; defining and analyzing data dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
  • Navigate ambiguous and complex problems with creativity, agility, and critical thinking, taking the lead with multi-disciplinary teams in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.

Role Qualifications

  • A strong academic background in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in operations, growth, analytics, strategy, or similar roles, ideally within tech enabled or data intensive environments.
  • Master's degree in related field, exprience in stakeholder management and leading teams are a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to cut through complexity, synthesize data into clear insights, and influence decisions and execution.
  • An analytical, data first mindset, with hands on experience using data to inform decisions. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
  • Solid problem solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity, test ideas, take calculated risks, and adapt quickly based on results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with business fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to work effectively with cross functional and external partners.
