The Premier League’s Digital team are looking for a Content Manager to lead the vision and operation for its new service, Premier League + (PL +). Working closely with the Head of Content and leads from Product, Marketing and Production, this role will be instrumental to the delivery of high-impact, audience-first content that drives engagement and growth with a key new pillar of the Premier League's digital proposition.
This is a fixed-term contract to help support the team with leading the content evolution of the Premier League's first direct to consumer proposition, PL +. The successful candidate will lead the greenlight commissioning process, devising a cross-genre framework harnessing multiple points of production to ensure every content decision is aligned to the overall vision for PL + within the Premier League.
The successful candidate will devise and execute a release strategy for content, making expert judgement calls and communicating decision-making to multiple stakeholders within the Premier League. They will also harness customer and market insight to ensure that every decision has the customer and customer journey at its heart.
This role will blend macro and micro priorities, with direct responsibility for the curation and direction of PL + alongside managing a team of contributors to ensure a best-in-class delivery and operation across the entire season.
