We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Premier Banking Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage, retain and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of offshore Premier customers, building long-term engagement and sustainable relationship growth.
  • Proactively engage clients to understand their financial goals and deliver needs-based banking and wealth solutions across deposits, investments and insurance.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management teams, including investment, insurance and treasury specialists, to structure holistic solutions and support end-to-end execution.
  • Drive portfolio growth through disciplined pipeline management to increase relationship balances, deepen wealth penetration and deliver Net New Money (NNM) and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
  • Execute a consistent client contact strategy with timely follow-ups and end-to-end ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Champion a Digital First approach, encouraging adoption of remote and digital channels while maintaining high-quality client engagement and need-based conversations.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and KYC updates, ensuring strict adherence to Offshore Sales Processes, Cross Border Guidelines, suitability/appropriateness standards and internal Risk & Compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular market updates and conduct portfolio analysis to identify client needs and opportunities, leveraging strong product knowledge to deliver suitable solutions and improve portfolio quality.

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with relevant experience in relationship management, client-facing sales or wealth/banking services and a proven track record of performance delivery and pipeline discipline.
  • Completion and passing of the required CFMAS examinations are required: RES1B / RES5 / CM-EIP / CM-SIP / M8 / M8A / M9 / M9A / CHI / BCP / PGI.
  • Strong knowledge of Premier Banking, financial markets and wealth products, with the ability to conduct meaningful client conversations and identify suitable banking and wealth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and engage a client portfolio across multiple channels, identify opportunities, maintain consistent follow-through and take ownership of client outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, with sound knowledge of KYC, suitability/appropriateness, compliance, credit, risk management and cross-border requirements.
  • Strong command of Mandarin, with the need to effectively engage Mandarin-speaking clients.
