Job Description

As the Premier Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's customer base and driving sales for CASA products. Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-value customers and building strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential leads, and converting them into successful sales.   • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through thorough research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high ethical standards in sales practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, especially CASA accounts, and an understanding of the Indian banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development purposes.
